Layla is now in the twilight of her flyball career at 10 this month but still loving it and is very much fit and active. She took part in the National Championships and several other competitions last year. She has also achieved gold plus in scentwork, loves mantrailing and is a very busy Therapy dog for charity Canine Concern visiting Universities, police stations and schools. (Feb ’23)

Layla ,as you can see is a laid back Chocolate Labrador ,niece and housemate of Solly (aka Bulldozer). She started Flyball in late 2015 after several years of Gundog training and has been competing since summer 2016 with the legendary Blitz
. She wouldn’t tug for ages but is now one of the clubs most vigorous tuggers! Her hobbies other than Flyball are retrieving, swimming, retrieving, eating cat poo or actually just eating…she is a Labrador…..and of course retrieving absolutely anything and everything.
